Jordan B. Gorfinkel
Jordan B. Gorfinkel (born July 7, 1967) is an American comic book creator, newspaper cartoonist, and multimedia producer, often credited simply as "Gorf." He is best known for his nearly decade-long tenure as an editor at DC Comics, where he oversaw the Batman franchise. During this period, he helped shape two major Batman storylines: *Birds of Prey*, which later inspired a 2002 television series and a 2020 film, and *Batman: No Man's Land*, which influenced *The Dark Knight Rises* and the fifth season of the TV series *Gotham*. Gorfinkel also worked as a colorist and writer on titles including *Superman Adventures*, *Batman*, and several *Catwoman* projects. Beyond comics, he is an accomplished a cappella singer with the groups Beat'achon and Kol Zimra, and produces music, videos, and live events. His career reflects a blend of editorial vision and creative versatility across multiple entertainment media.
