Web-Slinger is a Wild West–themed spider-hero from the Marvel Multiverse, bringing a frontier gunslinger aesthetic to the spider-legacy. This cowboy-inspired wall-crawler crosses paths with other spider-heroes across the multiverse.

A rootin'-tootin' corner of the Marvel Multiverse opened up in 2020 when Web-Slinger swung onto the scene in Spider-Verse #4, the creation of Taran Killam and Juan Gedeon. This Modern Age newcomer brings a distinctly frontier flavor to the spider-legacy, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Spider-Man, Miles Morales, Spider-Woman, and Widow across titles like Edge of Spider-Verse and Extreme Venomverse. With seven appearances already including one collector-recognized key issue, Web-Slinger may be a lean entry in the catalog — but in the sprawling, multiverse-hopping world of Marvel's spider-characters, sometimes the most intriguing figures are the ones still riding the horizon.
