Spinister

Spinister is a Decepticon introduced in Marvel's Transformers comics. A Targetmaster, he transforms into a twin-rotor helicopter and is partnered with two Nebulan partners who convert into his guns, making him a lethal aerial combatant within Decepticon ranks.

Spinister made his entrance into the Transformers universe in 1990, emerging from the pen of the legendary Simon Furman and artist Geoff Senior at Marvel Comics right as the franchise was hitting some of its most ambitious storytelling.
