Sivana Jr.
The young son of Captain Marvel's arch-nemesis Dr. Sivana, Sivana Jr. inherited his father's villainous streak and menaced Freddy Freeman (Captain Marvel Jr.) during the Golden Age, carrying on the Sivana family's evil legacy against the Marvel Family.
A chip off the villainous old block, Sivana Jr. slithered onto the Golden Age scene in 1946, courtesy of creators Bill Woolfolk and Mac Raboy, in the pages of Captain Marvel Jr. at Fawcett Comics. The young scion of the notorious Dr. Sivana, he carved out his own niche in that colorful postwar era of cape-and-cowl adventure, sharing pages with Freddy Freeman and the Marvel Family's junior champion himself. With 16 catalog appearances spread across the late 1940s and into the early 1950s, he's a delightful deep-cut find for Golden Age enthusiasts who love their villainy served with a hereditary twist.
