Sinnertwin is a Decepticon Terrorcon — one of a savage group of bestial Transformers who can combine to form the giant Abominus. He transforms into a two-headed dragon-like creature, making him among the more monstrous members of the Decepticon ranks.

Debuting in the pages of The Transformers: Headmasters #3 in 1987 — courtesy of the legendary Marvel duo Bob Budiansky and Frank Springer — Sinnertwin emerged right at the heart of the Transformers mythology's most inventive expansion. A Decepticon presence sharing panels with heavy hitters like Scorponok, Soundwave, and Optimus Prime, this character has kept genuinely dangerous company across their appearances in The Transformers and the Headmasters miniseries.
