Psyche-Out is a G.I. Joe specialist in psychological warfare and electronic deception, using advanced psy-ops equipment to manipulate and disorient enemies on the battlefield. He operates as an intelligence and psych-warfare expert within the Joe team.

Stepping out of the shadows of G.I. Joe Special Missions #9 in 1988, Psyche-Out is a Copper Age creation brought to life by the legendary Larry Hama and Herb Trimpe — two architects of one of comics' most beloved military universes. Over a remarkable 37-year publishing span, this character has kept some seriously distinguished company, sharing pages with the likes of Lady Jaye, Mainframe, and even the menacing Cobra Commander himself. A fixture across multiple G.I.
