Phantom Rider

Galloping out of Marvel's Copper Age in 1989, Phantom Rider made their debut in West Coast Avengers #41 courtesy of creators Tom DeFalco, Ralph Macchio, and Tom Morgan — arriving into a Marvel universe populated by heavy hitters like Hawkeye, Spider-Man, and Daredevil. With appearances stretching across more than three decades into 2021, this character has proven surprisingly durable for a figure with a relatively modest footprint, turning up in ambitious projects like Earth X and Hawkeye: Kate Bishop - Team Spirit alongside the likes of Daimon Hellstrom and the legendary Carter Slade.
