Mulher-Hulk
Mulher-Hulk is the Portuguese-language Brazilian edition identity for She-Hulk (Jennifer Walters), cousin of Bruce Banner who gains her own Hulk powers after receiving an emergency blood transfusion from him, granting her superhuman strength while retaining her intelligence and personality.
Mulher-Hulk made her Brazilian comics debut in Homem-Aranha #1 in 1983 — a Bronze Age arrival brought to the page by a remarkable creative team that included Frank Miller, Klaus Janson, and Denny O'Neil. Published under Levoir and spanning an impressive four decades of catalog presence through 2024, she turns up across beloved Portuguese-language Marvel series like Marvel Série I, Avante, Vingadores!, and Marvel Série II, sharing adventures with heavy hitters such as Homem-Aranha, Capitão América, and Homem de Ferro. For collectors of Brazilian Marvel editions, her appearances are a wonderful window into how Marvel's iconic characters were brought to Portuguese-speaking readers — a slice of comics history well worth tracking down.
