A blind ancient warrior stepping out of the shadows of Marvel's Modern Age, Master Izo made his mark in Daredevil #112 in 2008 — a creation of the acclaimed team of Ed Brubaker and Michael Lark during one of the title's most celebrated runs. He moves through stories alongside Matt Murdock, Wilson Fisk, and the deadly Lady Bullseye, inhabiting a corner of Marvel where street-level danger meets ancient mysticism.
