Lyrik
A minor but memorable figure in the beloved Asterix universe, Lyrik made their debut in 1970 — deep in the Silver Age — courtesy of the legendary creative partnership of René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo, with Gudrun Penndorf bringing the character to German-speaking readers through Egmont Ehapa. Lyrik inhabits the wonderfully witty world of Asterix, sharing those comic pages with a colorful cast that includes Strategus, Praktifix, Historik, Theorik, and Julius Bazillus. Appearing across both the main Asterix series and the dialect-rich Asterix Mundart editions over a span stretching into the late 1990s, Lyrik is a small but genuine piece of one of European comics' most cherished and enduring franchises — a fun find for any dedicated collector of the Gaulish saga.
