Double Down
Double Down is a DC villain who wields playing cards with razor-sharp edges as weapons, making him a deadly foe for Wally West's Flash. A gambling-themed rogue, he debuted in Geoff Johns' Flash run as one of the more dangerous and unsettling members of the Rogues' extended orbit.
A razor-edged villain who cut his way into DC's Modern Age with Flash #193 in 2003, Double Down is one of those genuinely unsettling rogues who makes Wally West's world feel that much more dangerous. His relatively compact appearance count only adds to his mystique β he's a specialist, not a background player, and when he shows up alongside the likes of Trickster and Hartley Rathaway, you know the Flash's world is about to get complicated. His presence in Geoff Johns' celebrated Flash Omnibus is all the endorsement a collector needs: Johns had a gift for making every rogue count, and Double Down earns his place in that murderer's row.
