Straight out of the Golden Age, Captain Prop Powers made his debut in the very first issue of Quality Comics' National Comics in 1940 — a collector-significant launch that also introduced the iconic Uncle Sam — brought to life by the legendary Will Eisner alongside Dave Berg.
