From 2023 to 2024, Boom! Studios published Underheist, a five-issue crime saga by David and Maria Lapham. David Lapham also handled the art for this gritty, underground thriller, which follows a desperate man who stumbles into a dangerous scheme involving a hidden fortune beneath the city. The series is a taut, noir-tinged exploration of greed and survival from the acclaimed creator of Stray Bullets.
