Underdog

Frank Johnson wrote and drew the entirety of this 10-issue Charlton Comics series, adapting the beloved Saturday morning cartoon hero to the comic page from 1970 to 1972. The stories follow the bumbling but noble canine superhero as he protects the city of Washington from the schemes of Simon Bar Sinister and other villains, always ready to spring into action when trouble strikes.
