Underdog defeats the giant ant, but King Mange still has Polly as hostage. Underdog returns to the surface to organize resistance against the Mole Men, but finds that everyone is too weak from hunger. He rescues Polly by himself, then adds Underdog Super Energy Pills to the world's reservoirs, giving everyone the energy necessary to defeat the Mole Man army.
