Stålpojken

From 1959 to 1969, Centerförlaget published Stålpojken, a 139-issue Swedish comic series that adapted the adventures of a young superhero—known here as Stålpojken—alongside allies like Jättepojken and Kosmospojken, as well as his earthbound parents Jonathan and Martha Kent. Anchored by the scripting of Superman co-creator Jerry Siegel, the series showcased a rotating roster of iconic DC artists including Curt Swan, Neal Adams, and George Papp, bringing a distinctly American sensibility to Swedish newsstands.
