Richie Rich Zillionz
From 1976 to 1982, Harvey Comics launched Richie Rich Zillionz, a 33-issue series that let the world's richest kid explore even more extravagant adventures, often alongside his family—Regina, Richard Rich Sr., and faithful butler Cadbury—and friends like Gloria Glad. The title leaned heavily on the visual charm of regular artists Warren Kremer and Ernie Colón, whose lively, rounded artwork became synonymous with the series' playful, wholesome tone. While short-lived, Zillionz stands out in the Richie Rich library for leaning into the sheer, joyful excess of its premise, occasionally even crossing over with Harvey's other icon, Casper the Friendly Ghost. It's a bubbly, era-appropriate snapshot of Harvey's commitment to kid-friendly, gag-driven comics that never lost sight of heart amid the gold-plated humor.
