Two crooks named Moe and Joe plot to rob the Rich mansion, but after Richie and the staff were informed, the staff catch on to their schemes. But ultimately, they snip the pockets on Mr. Rich’s jacket at the tailor shop, so that a trail of money would be produced for the crooks to pick up. The trail ends to a police officer in the front step of the Rich mansion.
