Near Myths

Published from 1978 to 1980 by Galaxy Media, Near Myths was a five-issue anthology series that showcased the early work of British talents like Bryan Talbot, John Taylor, Mary M. Talbot, Chris Haddon, and Mike Bradshaw. Blending science fiction, fantasy, and experimental storytelling, it served as an important showcase for emerging creators in the UK small-press scene. The series is especially notable for featuring some of Bryan Talbot's earliest published comics work, foreshadowing his later celebrated career.
