Since 2019, Panini España’s Marvel Facsímil line has been reprinting classic Marvel issues in their original form, offering Spanish readers a pristine, unaltered look at key stories. The series draws on a deep bench of legendary talent, with Frank Miller appearing prominently as both writer and artist, alongside vintage work from Herb Trimpe and Art Pinajian, while editors Eduardo López and Enrique Joga help curate the selection. Each of its twelve issues serves as a time capsule, preserving the ads, letter columns, and artwork as they first appeared. It matters because it makes foundational Marvel comics accessible to a new generation, exactly as they were experienced by original readers.
