From 1967 to 1969, the Norwegian comic Lynet (published by Serieforlaget, Se-Bladene, and Stabenfeldt) brought a flash of American superhero action to Scandinavian readers across 26 issues. The series primarily featured tales written by John Broome, Gardner Fox, and E. Nelson Bridwell, with dynamic artwork from Carmine Infantino, Ross Andru, and Neal Adams. It stands as a notable example of mid-century DC-style storytelling reaching an international audience, preserving the Silver Age energy of its imported stories for a dedicated Nordic fanbase.
