Loveland

In 1949 and 1950, Marvel published just two issues of Loveland, a short-lived romance comic that paired the dependable pencils of Hy Rosen with early work from a young Joe Kubert. The series offered a sweet, conventional take on post-war courtship and heartbreak, reflecting the era's fascination with love stories on the newsstand. Though brief, it's a noteworthy footnote for Kubert's involvement before he became a legendary figure in war comics.
