About the series
Chris Claremont brought the Gen 13 team to DC Comics for a 17-issue run from 2002 to 2004, with art by Alé Garza and the Bachs team. This series followed a new generation of super-powered teens navigating their abilities and relationships against a backdrop of corporate and government intrigue. While continuing the spirit of the original WildStorm concept, Claremont’s tenure added a distinct X-Men-inflected sensibility to the group’s adventures.
