About the series
Frank J. Barbiere and Chris Mooneyham (with Garry Brown on art for some arcs) created this Image Comics series from 2013 to 2015, a 17-issue pulp adventure about a treasure hunter who can channel the spirits of five classic literary archetypes. The story follows Fabian Gray as he navigates a world of dark magic and lost artifacts, with each ghost granting him a unique power drawn from figures like a detective, a wizard, and a samurai.
