Die Actionhelden

Condor's Die Actionhelden (1978–1982) was a 14-issue German anthology series that packaged a rotating roster of adventure and sci-fi features. Most frequently credited to writer-artist Russ Manning, alongside writers B. S. Watson and Gaylord Du Bois, and artists Al McWilliams and Paul Norris, the title served as a showcase for imported American newspaper comic-strip reprints and original material. It offers a snapshot of late-1970s European publishing, repackaging classic adventure serials for a new audience.
