Cyberpunk

In the late 1980s, Innovation Publishing launched Cyberpunk, a two-issue comic that adapted the gritty, high-tech world of the tabletop role-playing game into a comic book format. Written primarily by Scott Rockwell and Kevin Van Hook, with striking artwork by Darryl Banks, the series explored a dystopian future of corporate warfare, neural implants, and street-level survival. Though brief, it stands as an early and faithful comic translation of the Cyberpunk RPG's neon-lit, anti-authoritarian ethos, capturing the genre's essence for a new medium.
