Cud Comics

From 1995 to 1997, Terry LaBan wrote and drew this eight-issue Dark Horse series, a low-key, character-driven slice-of-life comic. It follows the daily adventures and quiet absurdities of a cast including Eno, Plum, their cat, and the philosophical Seymour Riverpeace, with LaBan and Catherine appearing as fictionalized versions of themselves. A warm, understated gem from the mid-90s alternative comics scene, Cud Comics showcases LaBan’s gentle humor and keen eye for the mundane.
