Set in a world where a clandestine organization battles supernatural threats, B.U.A.P. ran for ten issues from 2005 to 2012 under the Cross Cult banner. The series is most closely associated with the moody, shadow-drenched artwork of Mike Mignola and the grotesque detail of Guy Davis, whose styles gave the Bureau’s monster-hunting a distinct visual identity. Though a relatively brief run, it stands as a cult favorite for its moody, folklore-infused horror and its place in the European comics market.
