Astro City

In 2007–2008, Panini France published a two-issue Astro City miniseries written by Jérémy Manesse alongside series co-creator Kurt Busiek, with art by Brent Anderson and Brent Eric Anderson. This French-language installment introduced new characters—including Cléopâtre, Querelle, Asa Martin, Beauté, Démolitia, and Anders von Rupert—into the beloved superhero universe. Though brief, it expanded Astro City’s international reach and demonstrated the setting’s adaptability to fresh creative voices.
