About the series
Marvel's Araña (2005–2006) introduced a new hero for a new generation, spinning off from the Amazing Fantasy anthology. Across three issues, writer Fiona Avery and artists Mark Brooks and Roger Cruz charted the origin of Anya Corazon, a Brooklyn teen who gains superhuman strength and agility from a mystical tattoo.
