When his pal Dinky falls ill, the Brain decides that fun is the best medicine and sets out to cheer him up—first by lending his pet goldfish Captain Kidd, then by building an electric rocking horse from pogo sticks and a battery to give his friend an unforgettable ride. What starts as a well-meaning scheme to brighten Dinky's day quickly spirals into mayhem as the contraption proves far more powerful than anyone anticipated.

Down at the Docks

Kelly and Jinx are spending their summer vacation at the docks when they're shooed away by a dock policeman—but not before Kelly spots Honey, their classmate from school, desperately trying to board a departing ship.
