A determined boy named Ollie is desperate to get a dog—his parents have flatly refused—so when he transforms into Super Brat at midnight, he decides to fly to the city dog pound and take matters into his own hands. But the mean dog catcher Jeffrey Stoneheart has other plans, setting a trap to catch whoever—or whatever—is causing trouble at his pound. What unfolds is a wild battle of wits between a superpowered kid and a conniving catcher, with a very big dog caught in the middle.
