Sun Comic #60 is an anthology issue featuring three stories: "Young Joey," in which a schoolboy borrows a jet-boat to retrieve a fruit market's key from Timbuctoo but becomes entangled in a slave-trading scheme involving criminals Dark and Dusky Dave; "South of St. Louis," a historical adventure set during the American Civil War in which Kip and Charlie transport stolen guns across the Mexican border while evading the outlaw Luke Cottrell and his gang; and "Find It Who Can!," a tale of boys stranded on a pirate's island who discover a treasure map and must navigate a dangerous chase across the terrain to locate the hidden riches before their pursuers.
