This issue of *Sun* is an anthology containing several stories. The lead story, "Voyage to Venus," follows John and Joan Randall as they travel in Professor Randall's space-ship invention to Venus, where they encounter prehistoric creatures including dinosaurs and a sea-monster that pursues them back toward their ship. "Where Adventurers Meet: Queen of the Crags," by A. R. Channel, depicts Eric Thompson's harrowing mountaineering adventure in which he becomes lost in fog, encounters a blind girl in the mist, and must navigate treacherous terrain to reach safety. The issue also includes supplementary features such as "Film Notes" on actress Tania Tipping, a crossword puzzle, soccer tips by Jack Bray, "Nature Talks" on badgers, and a Cadbury's chocolate quiz.
