In a far-off land, the dying Sheik Kurdu El Shan entrusts his followers with finding his seventh son, Hadar, the luckiest man alive due to a mystical talisman. Now in America, Hadar—now known as Lucky Seven—uses his uncanny fortune to evade Plastic Man, who’s tracking him after a series of robberies tied to the number seven. As the city reels from a string of bizarre crimes, Plastic Man must outwit a criminal whose luck seems to defy reason.
Candy O'Connor and her friend Pinky launch a campaign to elect Candy president of a new girls' club at Hartwick High, setting up a spirited rivalry with the self-appointed Cornelie, who claims the presidency for herself. As the campaign unfolds, Candy’s supporters rally behind her with creative posters and enthusiasm, while Cornelie’s tactics grow increasingly underhanded—culminating in a surprising twist involving a stolen exam note.
