In a lighthearted domestic comedy, Jo—known only as "Honeybun" to his wife Miggs—tries to avoid his mother-in-law’s visit by pretending to be sick, but his attempts to stay out of sight only lead to increasingly chaotic mishaps with a lawn mower and a makeshift clothesline. When his mother-in-law finally arrives, Jo’s well-meaning but clumsy efforts to impress her result in a series of slapstick mishaps that leave everyone—including himself—dizzy and exasperated.
