In a remote Caribbean plantation, Kid Eternity arrives with his guardian Mr. Keeper to investigate brutal treatment of laborers, only to find the tyrannical Don Pablo enforcing his rule through fear and violence. When Kid Eternity’s attempt to intervene leads to his imprisonment, he’s rescued by Lolita, a local woman secretly in love with American representative James Forbes, who’s come to the island on business—both united in their desire to escape Don Pablo’s grip.
In a seaside amusement park, Marine Bob Masters and Sailor Swab Decker insist on riding the Tunnel of Love despite it being closed, only to be warned by the night watchman that the attraction is haunted by the ghost of its builder. As the trio ventures in, eerie sounds and spooky claims of doom unsettle them—until a series of strange events and a clever ruse reveal the "ghost" is actually a group of pranksters using the legend to cover up their plan to blast a shortcut through the tunnel.
Betty Bates, the sharp-witted district attorney, is drawn into a deadly game when a man named Mr. Ivan Thayer confesses to planning a murder—only to reveal that she’s been set up as the killer. As she races to unravel the twisted scheme, she finds herself pitted against Thayer’s clever manipulation, where every move she makes might be part of his larger plan. With Thayer now free on bail and Paul Bendt’s life still in danger, Betty must outthink a mastermind who’s turned the law itself into a weapon.
Charlie Horse and his bumbling sidekick Jeepers Creepers must outwit the notorious bandit Killer McGee, who’s taken over their inn and is threatening to blow them all to pieces—unless they can bake a pie so fast and clever it can disarm a criminal with a gun. As the sheriff arrives unexpectedly, the duo scrambles to hide McGee in a pie, using dough, traps, and a whole lot of slapstick chaos to keep their secret safe.
