When Hap decides to surprise his girlfriend Judy with a casual Saturday morning visit—inspired by a dating advice book—he discovers she's in the middle of her beauty routine, complete with mud facials, calisthenics, and marble-rolling exercises for her arches. What starts as an awkward encounter turns into Hap reluctantly helping Judy through her regimen, including an errand to a notoriously long nylon line downtown. As the day unfolds, both learn that "casual" doesn't mean what they thought it meant when it comes to looking presentable for each other.
