The Duke and the Dope are on a road trip when the Duke suddenly begins quoting Shakespeare and confidently directs them to a town called Itskywitsky, claiming to know a hidden professor. As they arrive, they’re confronted by Professor Hood, who reveals he’s hijacked the Duke’s mind to use his body for a world-conquering scheme, forcing the Duke to follow a series of bizarre instructions through a hidden tunnel.
