This is an anthology comic featuring "The Great Superkatt," a black cat character who uses telepathic powers to attempt to control others' minds and bodies for his own purposes. In another story titled "Corky," a yellow dog character gets into a fight with a female dog named Jezebel, leading to comedic slapstick situations involving chase sequences and physical comedy. The issue also includes stories featuring Fatso the cat and various other animal characters in humorous scenarios involving wax, traps, and domestic mishaps.

"The Duke and the Dope" follows a naive character who falls under the mind-control influence of Professor Hood, a mad scientist paralyzed in body but dangerous in intellect, who needs a willing subject to carry out his schemes. As the controlled dupe is sent to steal radium and activate a world-threatening machine, his quick-witted companion races to break the professor's mental grip before catastrophe strikes. Ken Hugren delivers a wild tale of telepathic villainy, theft, and last-second heroics that proves sometimes a well-aimed cane is the best defense against mad science.

Wisby Wolf

Wisby Wolf has set a cunning trap with corn to lure a pig to dinner, but his scheme goes hilariously sideways when an officer mistakes the fleeing pig for a criminal and the chase spirals into complete chaos. With one misadventure piling onto another—from a traffic stop to a rigged traffic sign—Wisby's meal keeps slipping away, and by the time the dust settles, he's the one left empty-handed while his quarry has run off all his excess weight.
