Film Fun #975 is a comedy anthology featuring two main stories. "Laurel and Hardy: Making a Hit" depicts Stan and Olly's misadventures when Stan's nephew arrives for a visit and gets lost in the bathtub, leading Uncle Bill on a chaotic chase through the house involving soap, slipped clothing, and a bank robbery mix-up before a policeman finally arrests the real criminals. "Wheeler & Woolsey: The Famous Bandit Parquet Stars" follows Bob as he agrees to look after his friend's nephew Tommy and a basket of laundry, which leads to a series of comic situations involving a dog's chain, a box of plasticine, and the pair's bumbling attempts at managing the household chaos.
