This anthology issue of Comet #99 features multiple stories including "Scamp," where young Willy takes the mischievous red dog out to the country for a stroll, leading to adventures with a cow that Scamp frightens and charges at until he learns the animal is harmless. "Splash Page and the Grey Rocket" follows Tony Hardy and his posse as they pursue the criminal Lorry, engaging in a motorcycle chase at a dockside where they attempt to capture the villain and recover stolen cargo.
