When the merchant freighter Agnes goes down in the mid-Atlantic, the sole survivor claims Nazi bombers attacked—impossible according to the Navy, since no land-based aircraft could operate that far out to sea. With Captain Murphy's dying words as his only lead, Captain Midnight heads out to sea to uncover the secret that the Nazis will kill to protect.
