Nyoka shares a meal with her new ally, Bucko the Jungle Boy, as he hunts the fabled Black Orchid. When Bucko’s associate, Whiting, shoots what he thinks is a leopard, he unwittingly kills a member of the secret Leopard Men—sparking a deadly retaliation. After Whiting’s death, Nyoka turns to the local Judge for justice, unaware that he’s the hidden leader of the very cult she’s trying to expose.

Nyoka and Bucko venture deeper into the jungle on a perilous mission to find the sacred Black Orchid, guided by a cryptic prophecy warning of Nyoka’s doom. As they face the treacherous Devil-Face Cliff, the threat of a Leopard Man’s ambush looms, testing their courage and resolve.
