The Zombie stumbles upon a house in the swamp, where the elderly man Brian Collier has just been murdered. Police is called to the scene, and all family members automatically become suspects. According to Collier's will, his fortune will be divided equally amongst the members of the family. Soon, someone begins killing off relatives one by one, in order to reduce the number of beneficiaries. James Collier discovers that his uncle's lawyer Jerome Ralston and his cousin Jason Collier are the culprits. James is saved by the Zombie.
