# Zago, Jungle Prince #2 This issue contains two stories. "Gun Toters of the Wild West" by Myron Fess follows Greg Jowett, a legendary gunslinger known for his extraordinary speed with a six-shooter, as he becomes embroiled in a deadly confrontation with Mexican rurales in a corner cantina near the Arizona-Mexico border. The main Zago story finds the jungle prince racing against time to rescue white captives from the Pygmy tribe, who have captured them and plan to use them in a sacrifice to appease a water monster. Zago must battle the monster and negotiate with the tribal leaders, including a witch doctor, to save the captives' lives, ultimately defying the water gods to preserve the prisoners.
