As he moves through the dim corridors, Brother Robert pursues him, driven by concern—and something darker. Samuel the janitor intervenes, only to be injured in the struggle. The line between nightmare and reality blurs as the mission unfolds.

In "Chapter Four," Hellboy stumbles through a fevered haze, convinced he's aiding Lobster Johnson in a battle against darkness—though his every step seems to be leading him away from the truth. As the killer he’s evading meets a sudden end, the storm inside him finally clears, leaving behind only confusion and a night that defies explanation.
