Yarmak joins Richard and Roy Sharron on an expedition to the Belgian Congo where they discover a secret pyramid, one that houses the body of Egyptian explorer Harkhuf. They also discover that an old hermit lives in the pyramid with his pet lion Groro. Together the old man and his feline companion guard against any who would try to enter the tomb and confiscate its treasures.
