“Hunter and Hunted”

In "Hunter and Hunted," John Byrne delivers a tense, character-driven X-Men tale where Kraven the Hunter sets his sights on Beast in a deadly game for the life of Avia. As shadows deepen around the X-Men’s new home, Tad Carter encounters a secretive group with ties to Lorna, while Professor X’s past begins to surface through hints from FBI liaison Fred Duncan. With Byrne’s distinctive art and storytelling, this issue weaves mystery, personal stakes, and the quiet tension of hidden agendas—leaving Lorna’s sudden flight into the sky as a haunting, unanswered question.
