With the skies in ruin, Vulcan calls for a truce with Havok. Written by Chris Yost and illustrated by Paco Diaz Luque, with inks by Vicente Cifuentes and colors by Brian Reber, this issue’s dramatic turn is captured in a striking cover by Billy Tan, Danny Miki, and Allen Martinez.
